  1. General Manager: Geneva, NY
    1. Primary Job Responsibilities:
      1. Increases management’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
      2. Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
      3. Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
      4. Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
      5. Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
      6. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
      7. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

    2. Job Requirements:
      1. Experience with Performance Management, Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching, Developing Standards, Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning and Quality Management. Training will be provided, as needed.
      2. The right attitude.
      3. 21 years of age or older.No criminal record or alcohol/substance addiction issues.
      4. Ability to occasionally lift 30 pounds.
      5. Ability to dedicate at least 40 hours per week. Occasional weekend availability for event management.
      6. Must have strong understanding and passion for craft products, millennial culture, trends, and nightlife.Excellent presentation skills; ability to capture an audience, hold the room, and retain key product information.
      7. Knowledge of and passion for ciders, wines, beers is helpful, but we also provide training.
      8. Organizing, planning and coordinating skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
      9. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
      10. Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Apple equivalent.
      11. Consultative selling skills.
      12. Strong initiative, self-starter.

  2. Portfolio Brand Ambassadors
    1. Geographical areas of interest:
      1. Finger Lakes Region between Rochester, Syracuse, Albany.
      2. New York City Metro including Hudson Valley and Long Island.

      4. New England South: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Pennsylvania.
    2. Job Description: The Portfolio Brand Ambassador is based in a key urban target markets and requires some travel throughout the target sales region. This position is dedicated to gaining traction for our award-winning, premium-craft hard ciders through brand building activation, trade advocacy and supporting the commercial goals of our distributor partners. The Portfolio Brand Ambassador will be held accountable for quantitative and qualitative measures, consumer engagement, and trade education objectives. The role will serve to increase brand awareness, drive sales growth, and display execution, placements/points of distribution, lead staff trainings, support sales teams and increase the volume and velocity of case and keg depletions in a targeted account universe. This position plays a crucial role in building brands, engaging with consumers and trade, and elevating the portfolio as an industry leader.
    3. Primary Job Responsibilities:
      1. Serve as the face of a portfolio of our cider brands and company.
      2. Plan and host brand relevant events and activations.
      3. Collaborate with local team and distributor partners to drive sales, in-market account planning and activation, and KPI delivery.
      4. Budget management, sampling spends / consumer conversion.
      5. Provide weekly pre-plans of intended activity.
      6. Provide monthly recap of all activities.
      7. KPI monitoring.
      8. Account development reporting along with sales and depletions.
      9. Report menu placements.
      10. Report market trends within on/off premise community.
      11. Proactive communication with local market and distributor partners.
      12. Increase Brand visibility through social media channels.
    4. Job Requirements:
      1. The right attitude.
      2. 18-21 years of age or older (depends on individual State laws).
      3. No criminal record or alcohol/substance addiction issues.
      4. Ability to occasionally lift 30 pounds.
      5. Have own mode of transportation to travel throughout target region.
      6. Ability to dedicate at least 10 hours per week usually between hours of 1pm-5pm. Occasional weekend availability for event management.
      7. Must have strong understanding and passion for craft products, millennial culture, trends, and nightlife.
      8. Excellent presentation skills; ability to capture an audience, hold the room, and retain key product information.
      9. Knowledge of and passion for ciders, wines, beers is helpful, but we also provide training.
